This fast-growing, leafy kale is frost-resistant and perfect for harvesting in winter. The leaves grow up to 8 cm long and can be harvested two to three times a year. They taste particularly delicious steamed with olive oil and garlic.
Our tips:
- Germination temperature: 10 to 14 ° C
- Plant spacing 20 x 2 cm
- Requires nutrient-rich, loose soil
- A protective net is recommended for outdoor cultivation in the spring
