Description
This variety produces flat stalks that, with their flavourful mix of chives and garlic, add a very special seasoning to numerous dishes such as soups, salads, and spreads.
Our tips:
- Optimal germination temperature: 15 to 21°C
- Cover seeds with soil to the thickness of the seed
- Year-round cultivation is possible on the windowsill
- Requires good soil
- Ensure a consistent water supply
- When harvesting continuously, cut as low as possible to encourage the plant to sprout again
- Stalks can be deep-frozen
- With good cultivation, one portion is sufficient for around 20 pots with a diameter of 10 cm each
