Also known as Maggi herb, lovage is particularly popular for seasoning and refining soups.
Our tips:
- Optimal germination temperature: 21°C
- Cover seeds with soil to a depth equal to the seed thickness
- Keep evenly moist
- Direct sowing: Sow evenly, later thin out to a spacing of 60 cm in the row
- Leaves and flower buds can be harvested; roots can also be harvested from older plants
- Use sparingly, as it is very intense
