Description
This red-stalked chard grows reddish-green leaves can be used in many ways in the kitchen.
You can cook the leaves like spinach and the stalks can be cooked like asparagus.
- When grown in good conditions the rhubarb chard yields approx. 20 kg
- Loves humus-rich soil
- Germinates best at a soil temperature of 16-22 ° C
- Botanical name: Beta vulgaris L.
