Description
Wasabi rocket is a perennial variety with a pungent flavour reminiscent of wasabi. Cultivation in garden beds as well as in pots, balcony boxes, and raised beds is easily possible. The young leaves are suitable for raw consumption in salads or briefly sautéed for preparing Asian dishes.
