Bingenheimer Saatgut Bush Bean "Saxa"

The 'Saxa' dwarf bean is a reliable, early-maturing variety that performs well even in cooler, more challenging climates. At harvest time, it produces an abundance of light green pods with a robust, full-bodied flavour.

Our Tips:

• Do not sow bean seeds too deeply.
• To improve stability, "earth up" the soil around the base of the plants once the seedlings have emerged.
• Feeding (fertilising) is not strictly necessary.
• Water generously during the flowering and pod-forming stages.
• When growing in pots or containers, ensure consistent and even watering.
• Important: Raw beans are toxic; they must be cooked thoroughly before consumption.
