Description
This fast-growing culinary herb is excellent for refining soups and salads, lending a distinct and delicate note to a wide variety of dishes.
Our Tips:
- Sowing: Start seeds indoors: from February or sow directly outdoors from mid-March.
- Light Germinator: Do not cover the seeds with soil; simply press them gently into the surface.
- Ensure the soil remains consistently moist during the germination period.
- Sowing from June onwards helps to suppress premature flowering (bolting).
- Allows for multiple harvests throughout the season.
- Overwintering is possible if the herb is sown by the end of August.
- Thrives best in partial shade.
