Description
With its striking red stems, this Malabar spinach is a highly decorative climbing plant that thrives in sheltered outdoor spots and greenhouses. Its fleshy leaves are suitable for both raw consumption and cooking. They are harvested individually once they reach roughly the size of a palm and offer a unique flavour reminiscent of sweetcorn.
