Description
The runner bean, also known as the scarlet runner, looks exceptionally decorative with its red blossoms and is frequently used to beautify fences and walls. This variety is also perfectly suited for cool and harsh locations. The long, broad pods can be used as shelling beans when semi-ripe or as dried beans when fully mature.
Our Tips:
- The plants do not require fertilisation.
- Waterlogging must be strictly avoided.
- Stability is improved by earthing up the base of the plants.
