Denk Keramik Hedgehog House

The Denk Hedgehog House provides prickly garden visitors with a sheltered home throughout the year, whether for sleeping, hibernating or raising their young. Made from robust ceramic, the dome creates a safe retreat that protects hedgehogs from the elements and curious pets.

Product highlights at a glance:

• Durable CeraNatur ceramic: Retains its shape, resists mould and is unaffected by moisture.
• Secure entrance tunnel: Reliably protects the interior from unwanted predators.
• Temperature-regulating properties: Retains warmth and helps maintain a comfortable nesting environment.
• Suitable for year-round use: Ideal for both winter hibernation and the summer months.
• High load capacity: Supports up to 200 kg and can easily be covered with soil or leaves.

How to use:

• Choose a quiet, dry and level spot in the garden, away from low-lying areas, so rainwater can drain away easily.
• Place the shelter directly on soil that has been cleared of grass and leaves, then carefully slide the entrance tunnel into the opening.
• Cover the house with leaves, grass or branches to provide effective insulation.
• Always ensure that the tunnel entrance remains clear.
