Gardena Smart Sensor

This smart sensor enables intelligent, sustainable use of water for better, healthier plant growth. The sensor measures the soil moisture, the light intensity and the soil temperature, quickly and reliably. This allows you to water your garden only when it is really necessary.

The sensor is very versatile and fits almost everywhere - in a flower pot, a vegetable patch or on the lawn. The flat top enables the smart sensor to be used in the same area as the lawnmower and robotic lawnmower.

The Gardena smart sensor records the current data and relays it to the free Gardena smart app. Your watering system can be set on the basis of these measured values.

Requirements:

• Smart gateway, (WLAN) router and internet access, smartphone, tablet or PC
• Batteries are not included in the scope of delivery.

Tips:

• When combined with the GARDENA Smart Water Control or the Smart Irrigation Control from the GARDENA smart system, the sensor ensures needs-based and efficient irrigation. The smart sensor wirelessly transmits the current data to the GARDENA Gateway. In addition, the smart sensor also measures the temperature near the ground.
