Description
Fenugreek sprouts and microgreens have a bitter, spicy flavour and are easy to grow at home from seed. Simply rinse the seeds 2-3 times daily. They are ready to eat after 3-5 days, or after 5-8 days in the MicroGreen Duo-Garden. Ideal as a topping on bread, salads, or bowls, they are rich in vitamins, aromatic, and versatile.
