Description
"Orange Patty Pan" patisson squash is a decorative variety with striking, star-shaped fruits in a vibrant orange colour. Young fruits have firm flesh with a delicate, slightly artichoke-like flavour and are excellent for fresh dishes. When fully mature, the squash are perfect for stuffing and baking in the oven – a real eye-catcher in the garden and on the plate.
