TerraVital Lawn Restorer is a high-performance blend of fast-germinating premium grass seeds, Neudorff Terra Preta®, and 100% organic fertiliser. This universal mix is designed to integrate seamlessly with any existing lawn, encouraging horizontal growth for a dense, long-lasting turf. The inclusion of Mycorrhizal fungi significantly expands the root surface area, allowing the grass to mine for water and nutrients more effectively. Application Guide

1. Preparing the Soil

• Fertilise your lawn a few weeks prior to scarifying to strengthen the existing grass.
• Mow the dry lawn as short as possible and remove all clippings.
• Scarify heavily overgrown areas several times, alternating between longitudinal and transverse directions.
• Tip: Only score the turf to a maximum depth of 3 mm to avoid damaging established roots.
• Remove all loosened thatch, weeds, and moss with a rake.
• Timing: Ideally between mid-April and late May, or mid-September to mid-October. Avoid scarifying during peak summer heat.

2. Sowing

• Mix the contents of the bag thoroughly before application.
• Apply 30–40 g/m² evenly by hand or using a seed spreader over the scarified area.
• Avoid sowing if temperatures are below 8°C or above 28°C.
• Keep traffic off the area for several weeks to allow the new grass to establish (germination takes 1–3 weeks).

3. Watering & Maintenance

• Crucial: Keep the area consistently moist until the new blades are clearly visible. In dry weather, water daily to prevent the surface from drying out.
• Mowing: Wait at least 4 weeks before the first mow. The new grass should be at least 8 cm tall; do not mow shorter than 5-6 cm initially.
• Feeding: Apply a follow-up fertiliser 3–4 weeks after sowing.

Expert Advice

Age Matters: Only scarify lawns that are at least 2–3 years old. Younger lawns may not be rooted firmly enough and could be pulled out by the machine.

Year-Round Care: For a perfect lawn, supplement this repair mix with a dedicated spring/summer fertiliser and a potassium-rich autumn feed. An annual application of lime also helps prevent soil acidity and discourages moss growth.

Raw Materials: Botanical substances from agriculture, mixed lime, rock meal, charcoal (from chemically untreated wood), animal by-products (Category 3 material according to Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009: bone meal, horn grits), live microorganisms (Lactobacillus spec., Rhodopseudomonas spec., Actinomycetes, Saccharomyces).

Azet® Lawn Fertiliser (Component)

Organic NPK fertiliser 8-3-4 with Iron, formulated with botanical substances, animal by-products, and live microorganisms.

• 8.0% Total Nitrogen (N)
• 3.0% Total Phosphate (P₂O₅):
  • 2.4% Neutral ammonium citrate-soluble Phosphate (P₂O₅)
• 4.0% Total Potassium Oxide (K₂O)
• 0.6% Iron (Fe)

Raw Materials: Botanical substances from food, beverage, and feed production, animal by-products (Category 3 material according to Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009: feather meal, bone meal, leather meal), live microorganisms (Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, B. licheniformis, B. megaterium, B. pumilus, Rhizophagus irregularis).
