Our tips:
- Spread seeds on moist potting substrate or herb soil during sowing and cover only very lightly
- Cover the cultivation container with cling film and provide air holes to protect the soil from drying out
- Remove the film every two to three days for about two hours to prevent mould formation
- Place the cultivation container in a bright and warm place at 20 to 25°C
- Keep the soil surface moist but not wet
- A full sun location all year round is ideal
- Cactus soil is ideal for pot and container cultivation
- Water only moderately - the succulent leaves store a lot of water
- Avoid waterlogging
- Fertilise at most once a month
- Prune back by one third in autumn or spring
- Overwinter in a place as bright as possible and between 5 and 10°C; water only enough so that the root ball does not dry out
