• Harvest the young leaves when approx. 15 cm long, just before flowering

• Rucola thrives on finely crumbly soil in a sunny to partially shaded location
• Sow widely or thinly in rows and cover lightly with soil
• If necessary, cover the seeds with fleece to keep them warm
• Needs regular watering. Otherwise, the leaves will become unpleasantly spicy and the plants will flower quickly
