The organic Asian green "Tokyo Bekana" features wavy, slightly ruffled leaves with a pleasantly sweet and mild flavour. Use the larger leaves for stir-fries and cooking, while the young, tender leaves make a perfect addition to fresh salads. When protected, this mustard green is even winter-hardy.
