Description
With its light purple flowers and its considerable size of up to one meter, clary is a decorative eye-catcher in the garden and looks particularly good in gravel beds. It also looks wonderful on the balcony, planted in pots.
Tip: The edible flowers can decorate desserts and salads. Liqueur can be made with the leaves and they're excellent in jam.
