Description
The white Albedo turnip is ideal for cultivation in both spring and autumn. This variety produces turnips that are uniform in shape, ranging from high-round to cylindrical. Enjoy a consistent yield of even-sized tubers with a pleasant, mild-sweet flavour. It is particularly well-suited for making fermented turnips (known as Sauerrübe in German). As a ProSpecieRara variety, it is the result of dedicated conservation work by Sativa.
