This lamb's lettuce variety forms medium-sized rosettes with oval, dark green leaves that curve upward slightly at the edges, giving them a spoon-like shape. The leaves are smooth, shiny and hairless with a full-bodied flavour. Extremely winter hardy, this salad can be harvested over a long period and flowers late.
