Sprout.ing Organic Mild Aromatic Sprout Mix, 40 grams

This seed mix is ideal for growing sprouts with a mild nutty flavour. Delicious as a topping and adding to stir-fries, smoothies, salads, wraps, and more. The delicate green sprouts are a highlight on any plate and add a crisp, fresh touch.

Sprouts:

• Rinse the seeds and soak for 6-8 hours.
• Place them in a sprouting jar in a bright location and allow them to germinate.
• Rinse several times with fresh water.

Microgreens:

• Spread the seeds evenly in a tray (use soil, cotton wool or kitchen paper if desired). Do not sow too densely.
• Place in a bright location and allow them to germinate.
• Water twice a day.

The sprouts or microgreens can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for a few days. Please ensure proper hygiene during the growing process.
