Description
This mildly nutty sprout mix can be used to top and refine stir-fries, smoothies, salads, wraps and much more. The delicately green, textured mix is the highlight on every plate and provides crisp freshness.
Sprouts:
- Rinse the seeds, soak for 6-8 hours, place in a sprout jar, put in a bright place and leave to germinate.
- Rinse several times with fresh water.
Microgreens:
- Spread the seeds well in a tray (with soil/cotton wool/kitchen paper if necessary) and sow not too densely, place in a light place and allow to germinate.
- water 2 times a day.
The seedlings can be kept refrigerated and sealed for a few days. Pay attention to hygiene when growing.
