Description
Sunflowers are suitable as microgreens for topping dishes or as an ingredient in stir-fries, smoothies, salads, wraps and more. Their nutty, intense flavour brings crisp freshness to your plate and makes every meal a highlight.
Microgreens:
- Soak seeds for 6 hours and then spread evenly on a tray (use soil/cotton wool/kitchen paper if desired). Do not sow too densely.
- Place in a bright location & allow the seeds to germinate.
- Water twice daily.
The sprouts can be stored in a closed container in the refrigerator for a few days. Please ensure proper hygiene during the growing process.
