Description
The young leaves can be harvested 10-12 weeks after sowing. Older leaves should not be harvested at the onset of flowering.
Use:
The leaves are like spinach and can be cooked as a vegetable side dish or eaten raw in salads. The red, edible berries can be used as a decoration. The plant is also suitable for deep freezing. The plant also looks beautiful in a planter on on a raised bed.
