Barley sprouts grow into long grasses from which you can obtain an intensely green juice, which tastes very special with its intense aroma.
Instructions:
- Soak the seeds for about 8-10 hours.
- Then spread evenly on moist potting soil.
- Water daily until the leaves are approx. 20cm high.
