Description
This variety produces beetroots with bright red skin and strikingly ringed white-and-red flesh. It is a prized speciality for farm shops and weekly markets.
Our Tips:
- Loosen the soil thoroughly before sowing, and do not apply fertiliser
- Thin out the seedlings after they emerge
- Water during dry spells immediately after sowing. Once established, the roots are are capable of sourcing water themselves
