Saflax White Christmas Rose

This flower is also known as the Snow Rose and displays its beautiful, pure white blossoms around Christmas time.

Our tips:

• Cold germinator - sow outdoors in early spring, as it requires a cold phase for germination.
• Place seeds on the substrate and cover only lightly; moisten daily with a spray bottle.
• Germination only occurs in the following winter; first flowering usually three years after sowing.
• Prick out seedlings after emergence and place them in beds or pots.
• Requires a bright location without direct sunlight; best planted under a deciduous tree.
• Water rarely - prefers to be kept rather dry.
• Avoid standing water.
• Caution! All parts of this plant are highly toxic!
