Description
These chickpea sprouts are easy to grow on the windowsill, so you can enjoy delicious, home-picked greens all year round. With their mild, nutty taste, they're great in soups, salads, and lots of other dishes.
Our tips:
- Germination temperature: 18 to 22°C
- Soak the germinating seeds in water for one night
- Place the sprout glass in a bright place out of direct sunlight
- Harvest sprouts after three to five days
- The ready-to-eat sprouts can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days, but should be rinsed again before consumption
