Sprout.ing Organic Broccoli, 40 grams

Broccoli sprouts are a delicate green colour with vibrant, light green cotyledons. Their mild, nutty, fresh, and pleasantly aromatic taste makes them ideal for bowls, sandwiches, salads, soups, smoothies, Asian dishes, or as a fresh topping. The outstanding feature of these microgreens is their high content of valuable plant compounds (e.g., sulforaphane), making them a true superfood.

Microgreens:

• Distribute the seeds evenly in a bowl (use soil, cotton wool or kitchen paper if desired). Do not sow too densely.
• Place in a bright location and allow them to germinate.
• Water twice a day.

The sprouts can be stored in a closed container in the refrigerator for a few days. Please ensure proper hygiene during the growing process.
