Sprout.ing Organic cress, 40 grams

Cress is one of the most popular microgreens and therefore a classic on the windowsill. Thanks to its rapid growth, it provides an aromatic harvest after just a few days and impresses with its fresh, spicy and characteristic flavour. Thanks to its uncomplicated cultivation without soil, cress is ideal for families, schools or anyone who wants to enjoy fresh greenery at any time.

Microgreens:

• Spread the seeds well in a tray (with soil/cotton wool/kitchen paper if necessary) and sow not too densely, place in a bright spot and allow to germinate.
• water 2 times a day.

The seedlings can be kept refrigerated and sealed for a few days. Pay attention to hygiene when growing.
