Sprout.ing Organic Cress, 40 grams

Cress is one of the most popular microgreens/sprouts and therefore a great idea to grow your own at home on the windowsill. The fast-growing sprouts with a fresh, spicy flavour will reward you with an aromatic harvest after just a few days. Easy to grow without soil, cress sprouts are ideal for families, schools, or anyone who wants to have fresh sprouts at hand.

Microgreens:

• Distribute the seeds evenly in a bowl (use soil, cotton wool or kitchen paper if desired). Do not sow too densely.
• Place in a bright location and allow them to germinate.
• Water twice daily.

The sprouts or microgreens can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for a few days. Please ensure proper hygiene during the growing process.
